What is Statistical Process Control?

At RUMBA we use Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts (as illustrated below) as a methodology and tool for improving the quality of processes in industry, service, public and not-for profit organisations. SPC will:

  • enable you to differentiate between predictable routine variation and unpredictable variation.
  • help you distinguish between reacting to noise and understanding signals.
